At Will Hosting we understand that not all customers are alike. We have customers who understand the technical side of web hosting and have the capability of opening their control panel and doing everything themselves. We also have customers who are completely new to hosting their own website and having their own emails and we know that experience can be intimidating. We work to cater all of our techie customers, all of the "hosting newbies" and everyone in between.Quality Support
Will Hosting is an international web hosting company offering world-wide support. We currently offer e-mail support to any existing and non-existing clients. All clients will also have the benefit of using our Support Ticket system which will provide a detailed and quick response to any questions or concerns. Our e-mail support is available 24x7x365 to everyone, we will always try our best to quickly respond to all inquiries.We hire only English speaking customer technical representatives. We understand that communication between our technical staff and our customers can be difficult. We feel that communication must be done in English as most of our active customers are English speaking.
Three Layers of Support
Here at Will Hosting, we have three layers of support. We believe that dividing our customer support department will be better for our clients as we can provide responses from the correct customer representatives. This way, we can provide our customers with the best responses possible based on their questions regarding their hosting.
Customer Support is our level 1 support department. They are able to help our clients with learning where they need to go within their account and be able to do certain things such as adding emails, installing scripts and minor technical fixes like a password reset.
Level 2 support technicians are the second level of our support technicians. They have greater access to our servers and are more experienced in resolving issues when someone seems broken within the customers hosting account or website.
Level 3 support technicians are our system administrators. These administrators are responsible for monitoring and managing the servers; insuring that they are running at optional levels and support our level 2 technicians when they are not 100% sure on how to fix an issue when it is a server side issue.
